Staying at The Barn last January helped to shape Simon Lamb's year and purpose, he tells us.
In an email to Barn Manager Tasha, Simon wrote: "I came on retreat - for the second time - in January, and it set the tone for my year. Moving me closer to nature – my own and the natural world".
"It gave me the encouragement to begin – finally – putting myself out there as a coach - focusing on reconnecting people with themselves, each other, and the world that we borrow".
As well as becoming a coach, Simon is a photographer and writer "who tells human stories. Stories of time, place, and community".
And he wrote poems and took photographs of his time with us in January 2023, posting them on his website.
